Weant's Chardonnay, Cabernet and Riesling all place in Competition!

This past fall Robin entered her Chardonnay, Cabernet and Riesling wines in the amateur competition at the Dixie Classic Fair in Winston Salem, NC.  She came away with Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for her efforts.  Robin’s partnerships and friendships in the wine industry helped propel her to this victory. 

Winemakers are a happy bunch and not for the reason you might suspect! Winemaking is like cooking, a dash of this and a pinch of that at the right time makes all the difference. They share the knowledge of their craft with each other because the “secrets” of producing a fine wine vary due to the soil, temperature, humidity, grape variety and other factors related to grape production, harvesting and storage.  Every year is different and techniques that worked last year won’t necessarily work the next year.

Robin finds great satisfaction in making quality wines and the camaraderie of her friends in the industry makes it all that much sweeter.  Let that feeling of satisfaction be yours as well as she partners with you to find the right property for your own success.
