Sellers Info

When selling your home, there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply walk through the front door. In many cases you may have to bring your home to the buyer. Effective marketing will help ensure that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing and able buyer.

The appearance of your home, a buyer's first impressions, and other considerations can also affect the sale of your home. Have you considered the value of your property as a factor used for pricing your home?

Robin's Swans:
If you’ve ever seen a swan you know how beautiful and graceful they are.  Most of us have seen white swans but how many of us have seen black swans?  Robin’s swans, Valentino and Mackenzie, both black, grace her pond on the property.  Their black feathers set off the unusual red coloring of their eyes and bills.  Their white flight feathers are visible both in flight and at rest.  They make great sentries, sounding the alarm at any intruders, man or beast, are native to Australia, and mate for life.  They have parented several sets of cygnets successfully.

Success in real estate isn’t instantaneous.  It’s something that comes from hard work and the passion related to loving what you do.  It can be measured in dollars but more importantly in relationships that are built as time moves forward.  Robin can help you be successful in reaching your real estate goals.  Give us a call so we can help you reach your goals!
